Acceptance

By accessing IMEET, you agree to this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

IMEET is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use IMEET solely for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

Subscription

IMEET operates a subscription-only service. Access is provided while your subscription remains active and valid.

Billing and Refunds

Transactions are processed by Google Play. Refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are subject to Google Play policies and mechanisms.

Acceptable Use

• Do not engage in unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or circumvent security and subscription mechanisms.
• Do not misuse IMEET in ways that violate platform rules or applicable laws.

Content and Availability

Features, availability, and content may change without notice. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, compliance, or security.

Termination

We may terminate or limit access if we detect fraud, abuse, or violations of this Agreement. You may stop using IMEET at any time; access ends when your subscription lapses.

Disclaimers

IMEET is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IMEET shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Intellectual Property

IMEET, its design, branding, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

IMEET relies on platform providers (e.g., Google Play) to process subscriptions. Your use of such services is subject to their terms and policies.

Updates and Notices

We may provide updates that modify or improve IMEET. You consent to receive and install such updates where required for security or compliance.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws in your region, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. Disputes shall be resolved under such laws and forums as required.
